AGREEMENT
VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet and its Agents respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information that you share with us. Generally, you can browse through our website without giving us any information about yourself. When we do need your personal information to provide services that you request or when you choose to provide us with your personal information, this policy describes how we collect and use your personal information.
VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet owns and/or operates a network of websites offering a variety of products and services. In addition, VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet collects consumer data from various other sources outlined in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected by VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet. By using our website or submitting information to us, you consent to the use and sharing of information collected or submitted as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use or visit any of VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet’s websites or web pages, and do not disclose any information to us.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, e-mails address, a home, postal or other physical address, other contact information, title, birth date, gender, occupation, industry, personal interests, and other information when needed to provide a service you requested.
When you browse our website, you do so anonymously, unless you have previously indicated that you wish VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet and its Agents to remember your login and password. We don't automatically collect personal information, including your e-mails address. We do log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which part of our website you visit and how long you spend there. But we do not link your IP address to any personal information unless you have logged in to our website. Like many other commercial websites, the VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet and its Agents websites may use a standard technology called a "cookie" to collect information about how you use the site. VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet and its Agents collect personal information when you register with VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet for an account, when you use certain VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet products or services which may be included in an e-mails or other mailing list, or you submit an entry for a sweepstakes or other promotions, or when you submit your personal information to VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet and its Agents for any other reason. From time to time, VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet and its Agents receive personal information from business partners and vendors. VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet only uses such information if it has been collected in accordance with acceptable privacy practices consistent with this Policy and applicable laws.
COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

We will also disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, to enforce our Terms of Use, or in urgent circumstances, to protect personal safety, the public or our websites. Furthermore, we may sell, license, or share your information with third-parties for various marketing purposes, including but not limited to telemarketing, e-mail marketing, text messaging, and direct mail.
YOUR ABILITY TO REVIEW AND DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You may also request deletion of yourVoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet account or any of your personal information held by us by sending an e-mails to cancel1@voicenetplus.com. In addition, if you decide that you do not want to receive marketing communications from us or our partners you may opt-out of receiving them at any time by clicking here to unsubscribe.
CHILDREN AND PRIVACY
Our websites do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 18. VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet and its Agents do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 18 or send them requests for personal information. We recognize the unique privacy concerns regarding children. We are committed to carefully protecting privacy where children are involved no matter the point of contact. In particular, our intention is to fully comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). Per COPPA guidelines, we do not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian is made aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with PII through any point of contact we will delete the information about the child referenced from our files when you click here to contact us.

Some of these third-party sites may be co-branded with VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet, even though they are not operated or maintained by VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet and its Agents. Although we choose our business partners carefully, VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet and its Agents is not responsible for the privacy practices of web sites operated by third parties that are linked to our site. Once you have left our website, you should check the applicable privacy policy of the third-party website to determine how they will handle any information they collect from you.

We use procedural and technical safeguards to protect your personal information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside of VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet. However, perfect security does not exist on the Internet. Therefore, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of your information. You acknowledge and assume this risk when communicating with and providing information to VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
VoiceNetPlus/VoiceNet and its Agents will amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will make that information available by posting a notice on this site.
