VoiceNetPlus -- Certificate Redemption Instructions

I. Print and Return your "Redemption Confirmation" by Mail to Receive your Vacation Getaway "Certificate"

I-1.) After enrollment you will receive an e-mail from VoiceNetPlus. Included in this e-mail will be a link to the VoiceNetPlus Redemption Center.

I-2.) You will need to click on the link contained in the e-mail to visit the Redemption Center to print your "Redemption Confirmation". This "Redemption Confirmation" is used to confirm your request for a Vacation Getaway "Certificate" from VoiceNetPlus.

The "Redemption Confirmation" needs to be returned to the address listed.
The returned "Redemption Confirmation" must be postmarked within 30 days of the issue date.

I-3.) Once the VoiceNetPlus Redemption Center receives your "Redemption Confirmation" they will send you a Vacation Getaway "Certificate" for a Vacation Getaway.

Please note that VoiceNetPlus is only responsible for providing long-distance services and the "Certificate" for a dream Vacation Getaway.

Once you receive the Vacation Getaway “Certificate” from VoiceNetPlus, the Vacation Getaway itself will be provided by Grand Incentives, Inc. Customer's redemption or use of the Vacation Getaway is subject to separate terms and conditions provided by Grand Incentives, Inc. If you do not agree with those separate terms and conditions, you should not redeem or use the Vacation Getaway. The following represents a summary of the terms and conditions from Grand Incentives, Inc.

MUST BE 21 OR OLDER to redeem Vacation Getaway. Vacation Getaway includes two nights of hotel accommodations at a destination described for two (2) adults. Selected destination must be at least 100 miles from your home address. Subject to availability and other restrictions. Does not include airfare, ground transportation, taxes, food, or other expenses. Spouses and cohabitants must travel together. $50 refundable deposit required. Must have major credit card at check-in. Vacation Getaway provided through Grand Incentives, Inc. See Vacation Getaway Terms and Conditions for complete details.

By redeeming or using the Vacation Getaway, Customer agrees that VoiceNetPlus and its owner(s), parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, claims, damages or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, resulting from any redemption or use of the Vacation Getaway, even if VoiceNetPlus has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If Customer makes any claim relating to the Vacation Getaway, Customer must make such claim against Grand Incentives, Inc. VoiceNetPlus makes no warranty of any kind regarding the Vacation Getaway.

Service available to residents within the Continental U.S.A., with active Local Telephone Service in pre-approved areas only.

You must be 18 years or older and duly authorized by the telephone account owner to make changes to and incur charges on the telephone account provided. The monthly fees for the calling plans are set forth as follows: 1) The More Minutes Plan is offered at a low monthly charge of $12.95 and includes 332 minutes of state-to-state (interstate) domestic long distance calling every month; and 2) The More Minutes Plus Plan is offered at a low monthly charge of $14.95 and includes 383 minutes of state-to-state (interstate) domestic long distance calling every month. Although VoiceNetPlus is not affiliated with your local telephone company, the monthly recurring charges for the plan you select will appear on your local telephone bill in the USBI portion of your bill and will be billed on behalf of VoiceNet Telephone, LLC. You will continue to receive the monthly recurring charges on your local telephone bill until you cancel the plan. Rates do not include any government-mandated taxes or fees that may apply. A billing fee of up to $3.95 will apply on your monthly local telephone bill. Additional minutes needed beyond the allotted plan will be credited against the following month's minutes.
